Our Mission:
Our mission is to offer minimally invasive treatments alternative treatments to patients suffering from pain associated with joints and the spine. We regard the patient as part of the treatment team. The evaluation and treatments are provided in a comfortable and professional environment. We strive to improve the quality of life for our patients.
Most of the services we provide are covered by insurance plans. We are a contracted provider for Medicare and most major insurance carriers, including Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Motion Picture, SAG, and many others. Prolotherapy is not covered by insurance and Platelet-Rich Plasma is considered an investigational treatment by some insurance companies. We do have special cash price discounts for those without insurance or insurance coverage for any of our procedures. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding insurance, coverage, and discounts.
